Our Services
· Our fee is 8% plus GST of the agreed weekly rent (includes all services listed below)
· We source tenants for your properties by way of adverting on Trademe, our own site, and through the newspaper. We also have good tenants wanting to rent through our company so a list is always kept of these people
· We conduct thorough credit checks on prospective tenants
· We conduct regular property inspections
· Expect regular communication as a landlord from 100% Rentals Ltd
· Organization of Contractors for property maintenance
We can list your property on a casual basis and our fees for these services are:
1 weeks rent plus GST for services
$80 plus GST for advertising,
$25 plus GST for Credit/Landlord checks
$100 plus GST for initial full property inspection with tenant into home.
