Our Full Management Service Includes:
- Providing careful tenant selection which includes database checks from Defaults database, Debt Recovery database, Veda Advantage credit check, LTNZ Drivers License national database & MOJ Fines database
- Photographing the property throughout at the start of the tenancy using a high definition digital camera
- Conducting a high quality, quantitative initial inspection at the start of each tenancy
