Our rent arrears policy is strict and we have a proven history of very low arrears.
Water rates are a current bug-bear for owners, and we can take that hassle away for you. Simply authorize Watercare to send the bills to us and we handle payment from your account through to collection from tenants where legally possible, all without additional cost to you.
Hands On Property Management
At Advanced Property Management, you will deal solely with your property manager on all matters. We do not hand off accounts, letting, inspections or correspondence to anyone else, so at all times you can be assured your Property Manager knows what is going on.
