Full management – 24/7 service.
Complete property management from finding the tenant to ongoing management. This includes regular inspections, monthly reports, rents checked daily, and organising maintenance. Our owner investors make the final decisions on tenants and maintenance. House4rent believe in managing properties as if they were their own.
