Duncan is a proud third generation Hawkes Bay local. After finishing his degree he spent over 17 dedicated years as a Detective in the NZ Police, specialising in drug investigation and as a Clandestine Laboratory specialist.
After identifying a gap in the local market for a dedicated rental management business Duncan met with Milton Weir of Propertyscouts Dunedin. He was immediately impressed by the systems and measures Milton had developed to ensure that his investors were receiving a top quality service. Duncan now offers those same standards in Hawkes Bay.

Duncan is extremely proud of his heritage, when he is not in the stands of McLean park cheering on the Magpies you will find him playing the bagpipes with the City of Hastings Pipe Band.
