Tips from a Christchurch local

The former Rangi Ruru student was born and raised in Christchurch, meaning she has a wealth of knowledge and advice on the region. Not just property advice, either! You’ll often spot her walking her dog round Hagley Park before heading to the Riccarton Farmer’s market. Her top dining tips for newcomers to the Canterbury region are to stop in at King of Snake for some Thai fusion to take her back to her favourite holiday spot, or one of Christchurch’s best hidden gems, Pedro’s.

“The one-item food truck makes the most delicious lamb – locals, visitors and newcomers alike should all give it a taste.”

A fantastic asset to the Cowdy & Co team

Jasmine brings a wealth of experience to the team, including her ability to form solid relationships with a wide range of people and strong organisational skills both hugely important whether managing a shopping centre or a portfolio of rental properties. Of the her new position, Jasmine said:

“After working in the commercial side of property in retail management for the last two years I’m very much looking forward to getting back into residential and starting my new career in property management. I enjoy completing tasks through to the very end and I find it hugely satisfying being able to quickly resolve any issues that arise.”
